As usual, all of the service directors are highly knowledgeable professionals with enormous technical experience of their own and are very competent diagnosticians. They are confident, courteous and efficient - and answer questions about technical issues - cost and timing. I have known two of the three front desk service managers for many years (and find that the newest addition has been carefully selected to be a third member of this illustrious team!) and in my estimation, all three are simply the best; i.e. - conscientious, technically knowledge from long experience, personable and professional. I have long ago concluded that I will receive honest answers to my mechanical problems; that these service managers look out for customers' interests - and will find the best way to meet their needs and solve their mechanical problems at the most reasonable price and in an efficient and timely manner. I have been confident that I could refer friends and relatives to them - who will find the same service that I have benefited from for these many years. .

Wait time was an hour longer than initially told but overall service is excellent and great price for oil change.

All good except the technician did not place my spare tire in the proper place (under the floor of my trunk). Rather, the tire was placed in my trunk. I had to put it in it's proper place.
